Where I ship

Everywhere. The Netherlands, Belgium, the rest of Europe, and worldwide.

When it leaves

I pack and post orders myself, so they go out in batches rather than the same hour. Most orders leave within 3 working days. In a competition week it can be a little longer, and I will tell you if it is.

Digital orders are different. The cookbook lands in your inbox straight away. Custom plans are built by hand and come back within 3 working days.

Tracking

Every parcel gets a track and trace code. It arrives by email the moment the label is made. The carrier usually only starts showing information that same evening, so an empty tracking page in the first few hours is normal.

How long it takes to arrive

  Netherlands        1-2 working days after dispatch
  Belgium            2-3 working days
  Rest of Europe     3-7 working days
  Outside Europe     7-21 working days, customs depending

These are the carrier's own estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout on the destination and the weight of the parcel. You see the exact amount before you pay.

Customs and import charges

Orders going outside the EU can attract import duty or tax on arrival. That's set by your own country and it's not something I can pay or predict. It's on you as the buyer.
