Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?
Everything ships from the Netherlands. Orders leave within 1-2 working days.
After that: Benelux 1 working day. EU 2-3 working days. UK around 3. Outside the EU 3-8 working days.

What does shipping cost?
Depends on your country. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Orders outside the EU can carry import fees. Those are set by your country, not by us.

The cookbook and custom plans

How do I get the cookbook after buying?
It's an e-book. The download link lands in your email right after your order.
Not seeing it? Check spam first, then mail me.

How do custom plans work?
After your order you get an email from me with a questionnaire.
Your plan is built from those answers and sent by email.
The more you tell me, the better the plan!

Posters

Can I get my poster signed?
Yes! Select 'Yes' on the product page and I sign it before it ships.

Returns

Can I return something?
Physical products: within 14 days of receiving them. Mail me first and I'll send you the details.
Refunds go back to your original payment method after the return arrives. Full terms: refund policy.
Custom plans and e-books are made for you or delivered instantly, so they can't be returned.

How do I change the currency?
The currency switcher sits next to every price. 'Auto' picks it from your location.
