You get 14 days. Money back, on your original payment method.
Physical products
Posters, apparel and accessories can come back within 14 days of arriving.
Mail me first at with your order number. I'll send you the return details. An email is all it takes.
The item needs to be in the condition you received it. Checking it out like you would in a shop is fine.
You pay the return shipping. Use a tracked service, so nothing gets lost on the way.
Your money goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving. Proof of postage also counts. The refund includes the standard shipping from your original order.
E-books and plans
The cookbook is an e-book. It lands in your inbox right after buying. Custom plans are built from your questionnaire answers.
That's why EU rules put them outside the 14-day return right.
The cookbook has one anyway. Not what you expected? Mail me inside 14 days and you get your money back. That is my own promise on top of the law.
The plans do not. I build each one by hand from your answers. Something not right? Mail me and I will sort it.
Download not working? Mail me and I'll fix it!
Damaged or wrong item
That's on me. Mail me a photo and I'll sort it out. Most of the time you won't even need to send anything back.
