Custom Classic Workout Plan

This workout plan is based off of the Golden Era of bodybuilding. 

Among many other things, I will include techniques and methods for you to use as you have seen me perform in the Vintage Genetics videos. I won't just give you a standard plan. The plan will be based off of your own physique. We will work on your weak points to get you closer to the ultimate Golden Era physique!
